How can I contact BayoeKerinci?

You may contact our customer support team at info@bayoekerincistore.com. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to all enquiries within a timely manner; however, response times are not guaranteed.


Do you ship worldwide?

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability of shipping destinations may change at any time without notice.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse facilities located in China & Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed promptly upon placement. Any request to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

All payments must be received in full prior to order processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Dispatch typically occurs on the next business day following processing.

Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery timeframes are 2–4 weeks from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Bayoe Kerinci is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us to request assistance.

Where an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund. Claims submitted after a reasonable period may not be accepted.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

All prices displayed on our website are in AUD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities (including in Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia).

Bayoe Kerinci has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional costs, delays, or losses arising from customs clearance processes.
